Swedish Massage

This massage stimulates the circulation to aid the removal of toxins from the body. It relieves muscular tension, whilst also improving the clients’ skin tone. A typical full body massage lasts for about one hour, Zoë offers shorter sessions for treating specific areas, such as the back, shoulders and neck, or any areas of discomfort, aches or pains.

Treatment times; 30 minutes to 1hour 15 minutes.

Indian Head Massage

This treatment has been practiced in India for over 1000 years. Zoë’s Indian head massage session’s concentrate on the upper back, shoulders, neck, upper arms and face, with the belief that these are important energy centres. By treating these areas the whole body will benefit. It is performed with the client in a seated position, with the use of natural oils.

Treatment time 40 minutes.

Stress Relief Massage

This massage will appeal to those who have a stressful and pressurised lifestyle. Zoë focuses on the upper body, including the head to help alleviate physical and emotional tensions by de-stressing both the body and mind.

Treatment time 30 minutes to 1hour 15minutes.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage is a wonderful therapy throughout your pregnancy. Not only does it relieve muscular strain but reduces stress and provides the ultimate relaxation, this has a positive effect on your growing baby. Massage treatments are carried out in a side lying position with supports, this is a very safe and comfortable position during pregnancy as it reduces any strain on the body.

Treatment time 45 minutes or 1 hour 15 minutes.
